“ Husband and I stopped for breakfast on our road trip. He had the strawberry stuffed French toast and Gouda grits. He said both were absolutely amazing. I second the amazing on the Gouda grits. I had the biscuits and sausage gravy and hash brown casserole. The biscuits and sausage gravy are the best I have ever had. The hash brown casserole was excellent though under seasoned. That’s an easy fix with salt and pepper on the table or do what I did, dip them in the sausage gravy....yum. ”
“ The place was fantastic. Food, service, atmosphere; they were all top notch. I noticed one reviewer mentioned prepaying for food and gratuity with no server... that's not exactly accurate. You prepay for your food and then seat yourself. Don't prepay gratuity if you don't want to or if you don't trust them but, the servers and service are great. Your drink won't go empty, your food is brought out very quickly, they are very friendly and will check on you, converse with you, get you what you ask for and pick your dishes up once you are done. I ordered the shrimp tacos and grits. The grits are super creamy and perfectly salted with some shredded gouda on top to melt in. The shrimp were seasoned and fried to perfection. This place will be a regular of mine for quite a while. There's a bunch of items on the menu I can't wait to try. ”
“ We were traveling and spotted this very cute little restaurant. I must say it was really delicious and the staff was great. Definitely worth a stop. ”
“ Every single thing we ordered was incredible. Couldn’t even save some for later. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great coffee! ”
“ First time there. Had breakfast. Felt welcome & liked casual atmosphere, but wished music was a little quieter. Staff very nice, efficient & friendly. Had Biscuits & gravy - not as good as hoped -- biscuits light, but not really flavorful & seemed cold. Gravy not traditional, but was ok. Won't get it again, but, will try stuffed French toast next time. Husband had Pancakes & eggs. Loved them & syrup. Will definitely go again & get them next time. Would recommend breakfast. ”
“ Came for the name and was very impressed. The specialty was catfish, and it was a great experience. As you can see in the picture, they were catfish grits, and that’s a genius idea in itself. The vegetables added a lot to it as well. Don’t even get me started on the coffee. ”
“ Atmosphere was remarkable. Super friendly and attentive staff. Food was savory and cooked to perfection. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak omelet (secret menu thank me later) and my dad had the seafood omelet. Great way to kickstart your Friday morning! ”
“ Great place. Fantastic food. Friendly as you would expect. Definitely plan to stop here if your traveling through. It is worth it! Try the eggs Benedict Cajun style. Oh, and they give you plenty. You will not leave hungry. ”
